1. OBJECT

IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. is responsible for www.trufasigualescriche.com (hereinafter, web) and makes available to the user the present document that regulates the conditions of use of the web, complying with the obligations of the Law 34/2002, of July 11th, of services of the information society and electronic commerce.
IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. provides the user with the access and use of different services and contents available in the web. Any person accessing the web assumes the condition of user and implies the acceptance of every provision included in this legal notice and legally applicable.
IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. reserves the right to modify any information that may appear in the web, being sufficient the publication in the web, without any obligation to warn the user, who must read carefully this legal notice when accessing the web.

IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. is responsible for the website and informs that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and other current legislation on the protection of personal data, and by Law 34/2002 of 11 July, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

1. PURPOSE OF TREATMENT.

The user’s personal data will be used for the following purposes:

  • To carry out the necessary commercial and administrative formalities.
  • To send commercial advertising communications if authorized by the user.
  • Respond to queries and/or provide requested information.
  • Perform the services and/or products contracted.
  • To notify changes in the privacy policy, legal notice or cookies policy.

2. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA.

The user’s personal data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship with IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. lasts or the user exercises his/her right of cancellation, opposition or limitation to the treatment.

IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. will keep certain personal identification and traffic data for a maximum period of 2 years in case it is required by Judges and Courts or to initiate internal actions derived from the improper use of the web.

It will not be subject to decisions based on automated treatments that produce effects on personal data.

In no case, this data processor will subcontract services with third parties that affect the user’s personal data.

7. USER RIGHTS.

The user can request the exercise of the following rights before IGUAL ESCRICHE, S.L. by sending a letter to the postal address in the heading or by sending an e-mail to info@trufasigualescriche.com, indicating as subject: “LOPD, EXERCISE RIGHTS”, and attaching a photocopy of the ID card or any analogous means in law.

  • Right of access: allows to know and obtain information about the personal data subject to processing.
  • Right of rectification or deletion: to correct errors and modify personal data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right of cancellation: allows the deletion of personal data that is inadequate or excessive.
  • Right of opposition: to prevent or stop the processing of personal data.
  • Limitation of processing: allows you to limit the future processing of personal data retained.
  • Data portability: allows personal data to be transferred to another data controller.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling.

It is guaranteed that the processing and recording in files, programs, systems or equipment, premises and centers comply with the requirements and conditions of integrity and security established in the current regulations.

11. LANGUAGE.

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Spanish. In the event of any contradiction in any of the versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

 12. BLOG SUBSCRIPTION.

In the event that the user subscribes to the blog of the website, your personal data will be processed to manage the subscription itself with notice of update. The security measures are identical to those referred to above as well as the rights that can be exercised by the user.
