If you want to be a pizza maker for a day, we explain how to make the dough and, by the way, an excellent idea for a different pizza that you will want to try again as soon as you finish it.
Pizza tuber melanosporum

Ingredients for 1 individual pizza
– 167 g of normal flour type 00
– 97 ml of water
– 5 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 1 r of dry yeast
– 3 tablespoons of crushed natural tomato
– 90 g mozzarella cheese
– 1 truffled egg
– 20 g black truffle Tuber melanosporum
We will start by making the dough. The recipe for this dough is from @pino.prestanizzi, in his Youtube channel you can see how to make it in more detail. In a large bowl add the flour, a pinch of salt and yeast and mix well. Knead while adding the water until the dough is uniform. Finally, we will add the oil until it is well incorporated into the dough. We will leave the dough to ferment for 3 hours, covering the bowl with a cloth and then separating the portions of dough that we have made at the same time. After 2 more hours of maturation, we will have the dough ready.
The following is very simple, put a little oil on a baking tray together with the dough in a circle and the crushed tomato. We will put it in the oven at 300ºC until the dough is cooked, between 6 and 8 minutes. Then add the truffled egg in the center of the pizza along with the mozzarella, and put it back in the oven until it is done. Once it is ready, take it out of the oven and grate a medium truffle on top. If we are going to prepare more than one pizza, we recommend using a large truffle and our wide grater, and we have our black truffle pizza ready! The aroma you will get at that moment will be worth having come this far and when you taste it….
