Ingredients for 4 persons

– 1 onion
– 200 g diced ham
– 600 g of peas
– 4 truffled eggs
– 12 g of black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt

Preparation

Fry the onion and the ham cubes with a drizzle of olive oil in a pot. Then add the peas with water and a little salt until the water covers them. Cover the pot and let them cook. When they are almost done, add the truffled eggs and cover again until everything is cooked. Serve and grate a little black truffle just before serving. Enjoy!
