An elegant recipe that everyone can make at home and with which you will leave all your guests speechless.
Potato slices with pâté and black truffle
Ingredients for 1 person
– 1 potato
– 20 g of Iberian ham paté
– Salad to taste
– 2 g of black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– Truffled Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Himalayan pink salt
Coat the potatoes with oil, pepper and salt and bake them in the oven at 205ºC wrapped in aluminum foil for approximately 45 minutes. Once roasted, cut into thick slices and make a couple of layers with the Iberian ham paté. Finally, accompany the potato with a little salad, sprinkle with a drizzle of truffle oil along with a few slices of black truffle and add Himalayan pink salt to taste. Let’s eat!
