A classic to start with the black truffle. If you have not tried it yet, this is the ideal dish to start with.
Truffled eggs with fried potatoes and pork loin
Ingredients for 1 person
– 2 truffled free-range eggs
– 150 g of dried loin in thin slices
– 1 potato
– 5 g of black truffle Tuber melanosporum
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Sea salt flakes
Preparation
Start by truffling the eggs for 24/48 hours. Fry the eggs in a frying pan with a pinch of salt. Do the same with the cut potatoes and the loin. Plate and slice the truffle, in this case on top of the eggs. Add a little more salt to taste and everything is ready. Bon appetit!
